This NSPS is the worst thing I have ever heard of. You are taking rights away from DoD employees. This country was founded on the right to speak freely and have a right to equal pay for equal work. With NSPS, there is a possibility that if I upset my supervisor he can take 10% of my base pay for one year. And seniority means nothing!!!!! I can't believe congress would allow this. I have NO appeal rights....There are managers who will abuse there employees to get what they want and if they don't get it they will affect there pay and possibly terminate them and the employee has NO APPEAL RIGHTS....but we as a nation can give someone who commits murder an appeal right after being convicted...This is amazing. You can rest assure there will be violence in the work place if someone is done an injustice by there supervisor and then to have no appeal rights.....Sure they can go to MSPB but the secretary has a panel appointed that will over turn a judge or modify a decision passed down by a judge... Tell me how this is fair. Slavery was abolished years ago, it seems to me this administration is wanting to re instate this with there DoD employees. This needs to be stopped in a major way. I am a veteran and a DoD employee with a family. How is any of this fair to them. My pay could be affected, I may be required to work longer with out receiving overtime. No appeal rights for me, I can't believe our nations leaders could allow such a HITLER-ISTIC idea to ever be placed in our nations work force. Ask the secretary what war he fought in....Why hasn't he stepped up to the plate in a time of need to protect our nation and what our nation was founded on..freedom...But he wants to take freedoms and rights away from our gov't employees. HE IS A COWARD WHO HIDES BEHIND HIS POSITION. And he needs to be stopped. My concerns are of the great and many....I hope this is stopped for our nations sake Thank You, Curtis A, Bullick Loyal DoD Employee
