Pay Banding I have worked for the DCMA for 18 years; seven vears were spent at DSCC working for DLA and I can state from experience that there is a vast amount of difference in the amount and size of Annual Performance Increases given by the Agencies. I was well rewarded for my efforts while at DSCC, but I can honestly say that the DCMA does not reward "most" of its employees. Also, I receive an Annual Performance Apprasial and receive the highest rating, a three, but this gurantees me nothing. I guess by your r system I will be considered an unacceptable performer.
