General - Oh boo hoo hoo for the unions. They have have been passive and in bed with management for years. Where were they when this crap was developed. Where are they now - in court trying to protect their rights. You don't here them complaining about supervisors, you here them trying to protect their money base. Unions are wothless and their demise is a good thing. I am not management and I believe NSPS is bad and the people who are developing this are bad people. Yes, give employees more rights - freer access to the court system and an independant agency to settle differences but let's keep the no good unions out of it. The unions totally are worthless.
