I'm a DOD employee and a Service Connected 50% disabled veteren. I was released from active duty in 1994 because the Navy said I was no longer deployable. I'm concerned that under this NSPS system DOD can now send me anywhere in the world with a 72 hours without notice. What has changed concerning my disability? Not a thing. Under one hand back in 1994 DOD decided I wasn't deployable and now because I'm a civilian I'm deployable?
