I don't think this will change anything. The same people that work there way up will do the same in the new system. If there are personality clashes regardless of how good a job you do you won't get promoted. I have been back on the base 3 years and everytime I apply for anything it says I am not qualified and no one will help you. I have owned and operated my own business and worked several different types of jobs besides. I have been to my supervisors and personnel and no one seems to care. The new system won't change a thing.
