Comments:
To reduce Union's rights is outrageous. We are working in a society that requires both parents to work at least one job each. Families are very stressed today. Union's are the only protection they have to ensure fair working conditions. How can you make Federal civilian employees deployable assests. We are not in the Military. Many of us have already served our country. We continue to serve by being dedicated employees who support our military. Many of us are older, or have families. This is completely ridiculous. This is like a Dictatorship. I thought this was America where we had rights. How can you even think about implementing such an unfair system. Do you really think supervisors are going to rate employees fairly? Are you really that stupid? Has anyone intelligent looked at these regulations. Anyone with even half a brain would never agree to this. What is wrong with you people. Have you no conscience?
