Why don't we just call it the "Good Ole Boy System", that way we can see it coming! This is just another elaborate scheme to hide how our managers and leaders don't do there jobs. Now you want us to let them decide our fate when they can't even manage themselves. All the effort it takes them to get out of doing there job, when if they accomplished it in the first place, things wouldn't have to be changed so drasitically. This system is going to promote favoritism, political gain, and keep a thumb on our unions. I'm all for weeding out the people who don't perform there jobs, have management do there's instead of walking around in their 3 piece suits and their coffee cups. If you want to concentrate on something, why don't you look at our health benefits, try and fix that. I vote No for this NSPS implementation!
