Comments:
To whom it may concern; while trying to moderize the "old system", it looks like trying to fix a problem that does not exsist with the way things are cuurrently, the new NSPS is going to create a civilian employee system where all workers will be subject to favortism, nepatism and the complete errosion of all the great things that the Unions have accomplished in the past thru collective barganing and the appeal process . The threat of having ones pay scale change at the whim of a supervisor will create great tension among the ranks of all the workers in D.O.D. Civil rights of all civil service workers should not be infringed. The new system coming on line this quickly will most likley create vast new problems where none exsist now.Why fix something that isn't broken. Thank you for your time.
