Local Market Supplement Adjustment- Locality pay is exactly that! If a performer does not meet the acceptable rating then the supervisor has an obligation to document it and persue corrective actions. To even associate or consider an appraisal rating with locality pay is like comparing apples and oranges; color and taste.
