From all of my readings there is no specific talk of pay band dollars. One could conclude from reading and making certain deductions that a GS1910-11 step 10 that is Level 2 qualified would fit into a payband that tops at the same pay as a GS11 step 10. With that said, there would be no "pay for performance" just "no pay for non performance". So what I mean is that it appears that with paybanding there are still caps on wages. Not all people will make out on this deal.
