NSPS - Pay raises This would probably be a good idea for the DOD etc, except this so far is causing terrible morale in the Civilian Air Force. Because it would be strickly up to your supervisor to give you a raise or not and how much, you could be working yourself hard and the supervsior might not like you or one reason or another. Therefore someone doing less on the job could be making more money than you. I think if everyone was raised to the high level of pay at the begining then perhaps the morale would be better. Or at least offer the folks 55 and older and retirement package that would not starve them to death at retirement and get them out of the work force so the new, young minds could conduct the civilian work force as they see fit. Just my opinion.
