My concern with the pay banding system is that the program is to take affect in four months and no one can tell us anything one way or the other. When I say no one I am talking about my supervisor and his supervisor have no clue what is going on and I find this disturbing. I feel that if this is a well thought out plan then we should have a clearer understanding of what to expect. My other concern goes right along with many others that this is a system that can be abused to where only the friends of the supervisor will get a pay raise. What is going to protect us from that?
