I have a two-fold comment both for and against. I am new here, but have over 20 years of military service so I have the worker experience as well as supervisor expeience. I think in any walk of life or profession you should be paid according to your production. Why should one person who constantly performs at their job be paid the same as one who does not. I see people sleeping at their desks or just socializing all day while other are conscientious about their work and stay busy at it. On the flip side it's the supervisors that don't seem to do anything about the sleepers and slackers, yet they will be the deciding factor in a worker's performance marks and eventualy how much and what kind of food can be put on the table? SNSPS reminds me of the old eval system we used in the military. It turned decent team players into back stabbers because they thought it was necessary to do so to remain competetive. Think it over real hard, Chief
