I am totally against the way the new NSPS is being inplimented. No input was recieved from AFGE and the program IS being implemented with no recourse. Let me rephrase...input was recieved...but not listened to. Why is this? Why is it being jammed down our throats without concideration from both sides. Already I see our managers making inuendos and suggesting that we can be sent home with no pay, and loosing our jobs as Gov. employees if we dont do things exactly right and the way they want it done. Looks like all we can do now is just what the boss says....right or wrong. That makes for a productive work place! I guess its just the new way of doing business....very sad indeed. Mr. Haltmeyer
