I have submitted comments, but have a request. I would like to request that Mr. Rumsfield be briefed on the comments received regarding NSPS. From what I've read so far, there is at least a ratio of 90:1 of bad comments versus good on the proposed regulations. Does it make a difference to anyone that 90% of the DoD workforce disagrees with the proposed changes? Mr. Rumsfield needs to be made aware of this; it won't do any good, but at least it will be on his conscience when the DoD develops major personnel problems as a result of his forced NSPS plan.
