I disagree with NSPS.Some of us civil service employees who work hard do depend on our benefits. I'm sure that my boss will only give those who favor her a raise even if i am the one who works harder. I'm sure that people will realize how big of a mistake these changes will be as soon as the outstanding number of people start quitting their jobs. Sure, fire the lazy ones! But how could those who are good with their jobs ever be replaced?
