Comments:
After reading the proposal, I noticed that there are a number of items I don't like, a number of items that scare me and a number of items that I'm not sure of at this point. In general, I don't like the change and would prefer to keep the current system in place that I know and have trusted for 25+ years. In addition, I don't see any obvious or implied benefits in using this new system - for my particular situation - that I can firmly "hang my hat" upon. I'm firmly against this new system. Joe Wharton
