This holds too much to personal supervisory interpretation. There is too much allowance for supervisors and managers to incorporate bias, personal subjugation, as well as preferential treatment over employees and how they are managed, whether it is pay or retention. The benefits are fantastic, but the negative side is way too subjective to personal influences. If the negative side is worked out more evenly and fairly for both sides with proper checks and balances and specifically defined controls, only then will I see no problem with it, however that is not the case as it is right now.
