1.PAY BANDS are a bad idea because it is far to easy for nepotism and favortism to come into play.It is foolish to think that supervisors would not show bias to thier friends.9901.212(c) 2.JOB SERIES should not be reduced. This will only make the workforce less efective. People should work in the fields that they are trained in.Otherwise all of thier expertise would be lost and wasted. We need experienced technicians. 9901.211 3. Scare tactics about national security should not be used as an excuse to dismantle the existing federal labor laws.9901.917(a) 4.NSPS is a poor replacement for the current CIVIL SERVICE SYSTEM NSPS undermines our national security by threatening the rights of every federal worker.9901.101(b) 5.NSPS is a slap inthe face to every federal employee.Rumsfeld should be ashamed of himself for pushing this awful plan. So much of NSPS is bad for the workforce and labor relations its unbelievable.The rights federal workers enjoy today are now in jeopardy because of this short sighted plan.The workforce deserves to be treated better. 9901.701
