I do not have a particular section. Upon reading the overview of the plan, I have to say that it seems to be a big step back. All of the benefits and protections of the federal employee are being stripped away. Why would anyone want to go back to the system where supervisors had the power to do whatever they liked to an employee with no questions asked? If this plan passes, then most of the anti-discrimination laws will be null and void in regards to federal employees. If I had wanted to join the Armed Forces, I would have done so. As a civilian employee, I have a dedication to my job and mission, but I am not a puppet for my employer to dance about.
