Performance ratings and shares awarded need to be publicly available information. Employees need to see where they stand, and where everyone else stands. Similarly, there should be available information about pay pools at each and every single command, so that employees can have insight into what commands are getting large pay pools (per employee), and which commands are getting shorted.
