Comments:
The reasons publicized so far for DFAS going to NSPS do not make sense. Why is DFAS included with what supposedly is a DHS issue? Is it true that Dept. of Air Force civilians are not going to make the same transfer to NSPS that you are proposing DFAS employees to do? Why? The problems stated by you that NSPS will supposedly solve can be more effeciently handled by managers doing their job now, under the current system. Thanks.
