WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN TO THE PEOPLE WHO WERE RIFed FROM A POSITION HIGHER GRADE TO A LOWER GRADE. EXAMPLE WG 5803-10/5 TO GS-0303-04/00 WILL THE PAY STAY THE SAME (SAVE PAY) . OR WHAT?? PLEASE ASNWER MY QUESTION????
