I have been reading the coments ,and the only people who want this are people who are managers . The managers don't have to play by the same rules. Most of them are incompetent and yet you want to give them more power . In 25 years of service I have seen very few employees who were superior to their co-workers. I have seen many who were unfairly promoted and given awards because of their relationships with their boss. To give anyone absolute power is a huge mistake. You would'nt believe what they allready get away with.
