They do not provide details. May establish career groups, broad pay schedules, and pay bands that will replace current GS & WG classification system and qualifications. Groups of related occupations, broad salary ranges, maximizing flexibility in assigning work, set pay to reflect labor market conditions, simplify requirements for job descriptions In other words they want to be able to move you to where ever they want, when ever they want, for as long as they want. By the way, they will pay you whatever they want! What a bunch of horse pucky.
