The simple truth is Mr. Rumsfeld is using doublespeak to steal workplace protections from DoD workers. Every DoD worker has secret clearance and has no "National Security" problems. DoD workers should not take the place of Iraqi detainees as the punching bag of Mr. Rumsfeld.
