Comments on Proposed NSPS Regulations--RIN 3206-AK76/0790-AH82.'' I have attempted (March 5) to review the proposed regulations and public law but unfortunately when I click on the NSPS website’s links for the proposed regulations and governing public law I receive "You are not authorized to view this page." Then I attempt to read the comments that have been posted and I read the message “Comments that were submitted via email contain some formatting errors caused by the text extraction method, but the text is still readable. We are working to fix this problem.” I could not understand several comments due to the formatting errors. Also when I click on comment’s attachments I receive "You are not authorized to view this page". Recommend you fix your website links and extend the period for comments since it isn’t operating properly.
