Comments:
taking a system that was designed to give our milatary a place to serve and a place to use their skills learned to help keep the milatary a productive cohesive unit. Their time in service counted for senority and was used to help compute their service computation date for RIF's. now with this system time served in the milatary doesn't count for anything.
