To Whom it may concern, It seems that the work force will lose about a hundred years or more of what the unions have accomplished. It seems like all that the union has accomplished will dry up under the title of National Security P. S. for the DOD. employee. It conerns me that the supervisor has so mush control over one persons; life, appraisel, cost of living, and even that there is no place to go to be heard/and/or even vent his concerns. We need to build on the union, not take the union away from the labor force.
