Comments:
The DoD should privide lower GS grades with the equivalent to a soldiers BAH. For example, if I am to get an apartment, I should get help paying rent from the gov't, just like a soldier does. I live in an area where COLA is high and my grade level (GS) is low. I don't make a lot, and though benefits are good, I can't afford to live. Since civillians will be little more like the RA soon, they should also be able to receive some of the benefite the Army does. This is only fair since the salaries are less. OR promote me easier and give step increases easier. I've been working too long without getting that. Thank you!
