Comments:
This nsps plan makes current employees want to quit and potential new employees look for work elsewhere. This plan is setup to make us quit. This plan will cause conflict ,discrimination ,and stress in the work place. I think management will find this plan counter productive. Most of all this sets us up to fail and opens the door for contracting out , which was the goal of this plan all along.
