Pay Pool- I am very concerned with this pay pool. I am an Air Reserve Technician with the Air Force Reserve, GS-10 enlisted level. Currently we have the annual pool for bonuses for distribution in our unit and each year the officer level Technicians, who distribute the bonuses, receive the lion's share of this pot. I see no reason why this will not carry over to this new pay pool leaving the enlisted level with little or no raises.
