Subpart C Pay and Pay Administration Section 9901.301 thru 334 The regulations are written where the minimum pay in a particular pay band can be increased or reduced. lf it is reduced, then employees whose efforts to perform in an exemplary fashion in that pay band will be disallowed any kind of pay increase. One that the employee worked for! Employees who perform in an exemplary fashion should always be rewarded!
