As one who has had his name dragged thru the mud in a process which presently is in its third calendar year via a CDI, I find much fault with this new system. The military couldn't even follow its own regs with my case and found me guilty by a preponderance of evidence, of which of course there was none! We preach freedom and democracy for other countries while at home we tighten the screws on our own people and take away their freedoms!!! I think it stinks like three day old dead fish myself. It seem quite funny the government saw fit in 1941 during WWII to allow arbitration cases to expedite management and union conflicts and now wants what amounts to total control while only fighting a war on terrorism! While I'm now in my 29th year of federal service, a DAV member and a proud American, I can't wait to move to Costa Rica. Thanks for nothing and my family has been here since before there was a USA. Anytime more darkness is required to do the right thing, I have to question the honesty of the request!!! Sign Me An Old Salt
