Comments:
I believe the proposed method of paying GS employees will just increase the "good ole' boy" system that is already in effect within the government. Favoritism runs rampant throughout the Air Force as it is, and I would hate to think that my salary depends on how much I suck up to my supervisor. I also think one thing that needs to be noted is that civilians chose to be civilians--we did not choose to join the Air Force. We signed a different contract for a reason; therefore, we don't wish to be treated as if we are in the AF.
