Comments:
When I began working for the govt. there were older workers who helped me learn my new job. Being younger I could easily out work them when it came to performing physical tasks. Under your propasals with NSPS If a riff occured , the older employees who trained me and helped me would be let go and I would be retained. I feel the older workers should be respected and the govt. should keep the promises that were made to these people when they were hired. They should not be tossed out like trash. In the end you lose. People will not produce , they will just show up and wait till it is their turn to be tossed. I for one will not help anyone take my job from me . So much for teamwork.
