I have read the NSPS information, and I believe that it is just another assault on Government employees. I don't know why upper management dislikes us so much. We, in the DOD have been there for the military during EVERY war the country has been in. We have kept the military in readiness and will continue to do so even when being treated with contempt. Right now there is a "one shipyard" concept and Northrop-Grummon-Newport News ha s been declared an official partner of Federal shipyards. Are they being affected by the NSPS? Why not? I believe that the Sectery of defense's thinking has become clouded, it is time for his retirement. NSPS is a detriment to the United States and those who authored it should be banned from any further input to the government.
