Just how in the world do you expect us to get an appropriate evaluatation when we have a change in supervisors almost every 6 months. My job description is not even accurate now and I have had tremendous difficulty it getting it corrected for the last 4 years, so just how do we even get evaluated and compete with others doing the same job if we can’t even get our job description to reflect our job. My complaint about my current evaluation setup is minor since not much is riding on it, other than the bonus that can not even be funded but once you say this will determine my pay just how does it work when the supervisor does not even know what my job is or even ever sees me since I work at night and he/she works in the day and in some department not even in my work area. There are only 2 civilians that work in my job area and we are both opposite in scheduling, but am I to try and bump her out of her shift just to make sure that I will be paid and forget about working together for the benefit of the mission? This is what your darn program is going to start. By having employees look out for themselves instead how to make the mission run more smoothly. Who ever first started this just did not think things threw very clearly since they were just looking at the money aspect of all of this and just how they could get back to the good old boy system again.
