Comments:
General Comment on the NSPS. Managers are not capable of implementing the existing HR system fairly or with competence, what makes one think they can implement the NSPS any better. I oppose any change that puts my pay, performance and location solely in the hands of Management without specific guidelines like what we have with the existing personnel system.
