Comments:
In the 26 years I have worked for the Dept of Navy, I have had many types of supervisors. One of them supervised me for three years, and in that time along with many other problems, never even bothered to learn how to pronounce my name correctly. This man (and many like him) is not the type of person I want determining what my pay will be. Most of the supervisors I have had over the years were supervisors because they could not do the work of the agency, in this case IT development and maintenance.
