I am extremely concerned that an individual's personality will be part of his/her performance evaluation. Someone may not have a good attitude (according to his/her supervisor) but may be an excellent worker. Why should a supervisor evaluate a person's attitude? It is only his/her opinion. The supervisor may not like the individual's personality or persona. Does that give him/her the right to rate an individual low in their performance? I defintely disagree with many aspects of this new system. It is based on a supervisor's opinion. Civil Service spent many years ensuring that an individual performance is based on the individual actual work....
