5 CFR Chapter XCIX and Part 9901 PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE OUR CURRENT PERSONNEL SYSTEM! My bargaining rights as an Federal Employee need to be preserved, not taken away! This new system is not the way to go, leave the current personnel system alone!!!
