I read in the Federal Weekly that Congress is pushing for pay parity in COLAs. Alot of good that is going to do us with pay for performance when we get no gauranteed cost of living increase for the rest of our careers. How about pay for performance for Congress? Maybe they would not be taking breaks when they have not passed any spending bills and have forced continuing resolutions to keep the government from closing again.
