I do not believe the new system will be fair to employees. Who is to do the evaluations? The introverted manager who hides in her office all day only coming out to push the work that she doesn't want to do herself onto me? It is unrealistic to expect all employess to receive a subjective evaluation and thus pay increases will be alloted unjustly. Does everyone not deserve the ability to keep up with Cost of Living? Apparently only the people who are close to the management will be rewarded. Take a look at Amendment 5 of the U.S. Constitution: "nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation." If the government takes my property (body, time, and effort) and fails to give me just compensation (Cost of Living), is that not a violation of my rights? While the old system was seemingly inefficient, it is the lesser of two evils (the other being the new NSPS system)
