Pay for Performance: This is a JOKE, management will only give raises to the people who kiss butt! It gives first line managers too much power, and considering who they make managers we will all be in trouble. National security: NSPS is a direct threat to national security. We are already seeing this with the Lockheed Martin contractors we are being forced to use by CECOM. These people are just bodies the contractor is hiring with NO qualifications and no security checks! This is a direct violation of National Security!
