Comments:
I do not agree with elimating Cost of Living allowance adjustment to our wages. Since the pay pool is limited , there will be no chance for some employees to keep up . Even with good ratings there are only so many excellents that will be approved per organization, I do not feel the new system will be adequate and fair for all employees.
