First, tell me how this is even legal? I was hired under the pretense of certain guaranteed rights. How can you just change everything so drastically? This is ridiculous. I am a CSRS employee with 12 1/2 years left. Now you are telling me that a 4 year employee with a better appraisal can stay and I could lose my job in a RIF. How dare you. How dare you not respect the years I have served as a dedicated federal employee. This is so unreal. In a perfect world, this system might work and I only said might. But in the real world, where you have supervisors who are so biased, it will never work. DOD will end up losing very good employees. You are to blame when our national security is weakened by these regulations.
