Comments:
We pride ourslves in being structured "like" and competing "like" a Fortune 500 Business, how will this new proposal help us in the future? It looks to me like we're painting ourselves into a corner. Those that are "in" the click will stay and those on the ropes learning the ways of the business will find it easier to become a contractor look elsewhere for employment. I don't like the image of the future this presents, let hope that this fades away...
