Comments:
Stop the politically motivated upheaval of the OPM. This will not only be hopelessly mired in vindictiveness by supervisor's but will eventually cause such a low moral within government employees thta the mission will be effected. The system to date has worked well and has been fair in promotions,step increases,pay raises,and personnell actions but when the system holds all the reins it becomes power is corrupte and absolute power absolutely corrupts, There isn't any recourse if you are wronged by NSPS so the common worker will be at the personal mercies of those above them. This is a bad idea from coception and should be avoided at all costs. Thank you for your time.
