Comments:
This NSPS system is nothing short of a way for the DOD and the Bush Administration to destroy yet another government program that has been working just fine. The fact that this system will take away workers rites and give management even more power is not a "Fare and Balanced" plan. I would like to see the Military go to a pay for performance plan and that soldiers and sailor might get pay might not. This system was thrown together with no thought or backing by any union
